Massage is known to be one of the oldest tools that people have used for pain management. Some of the benefits of massage are improvement of sleep, improvement of circulation, helps with depression, builds immunity, helps with blood pressure, Reduces stress,and helps with headaches. As humans, we use our bodies every day with little to no rest. Massage could be a great tool to help manage stress and treat ourselves to moments of relaxation. We have to remember to take care of ourselves and our bodies. We only get one.
